Phones connected to the internet behave like normal phones! - With almost all other providers, calls to anywhere are international calls. With our supplier's technology, you can dial national and local calls as with a normal landline 'phone. (This will also work with accounts used in other countries)

Negotiable Call Charges. - If you make most of your calls to a small number of countries, we will offer you the lowest rate we can to those destinations. This will usually result in even lower per minute rates, tailored to your ministry's needs. In many cases, we can offer you free office-to-office calls with shared "Connect Calls" accounts.

Personal service. The 'downside' of VOIP....

The technology is not yet perfect! There will be days when call quality is not as good as normal telephones. A poor set of international connections, weather affecting a satellite link or a poor landline infrastructure can all affect call quality, but these factors are rare and seldom last long. These are minimised by our supplier, who - if needed - will switch your call away from a poor connection to a sound one before connecting you.

If there is a power cut or internet 'down-time' occurs, you would need to have a phone pass-through facility on your phone adapter to keep service going.

I can't think of any other 'downside' factors!
