Using VOIP Accounts

Using our VOIP accounts and hardware, you have several options for running multiple accounts to save you the most money.

In Your office....

Install extra phones or fax lines with no extra line rental or installation costs -. Because it costs only your call credit to set up an account, you can add extra 'phones for whoever needs them at no extra line rental cost.

Integrate telephones into your office computer network - extra phones with no extra cabling etc. You could even replace landline phones with internet connections if a number of your staff have to make overseas calls.

Allow internet 'phones to receive incoming calls - give some phones either a local or 0870 (non-geographic) telephone number for a small monthly rate if they need to receive incoming calls on the same 'phone. We can supply phone numbers for most std codes in UK to tie in with your existing area codes.

Create an inter-office or office-to-outposts phone network within which all phone calls are free. Each account/telephone can be given a unique number on our supplier's system, to enable all phones with our accounts to call each other completely free.

Ouside The Office....

Travelling workers/missionaries (or the boss!) can use VOIP from their laptops - with either a broadband, dial-up or public wi-fi connection and our dialer software, you take the 'phone software with you as well! Plug a headset or USB handset into the laptop and call anywhere at our VOIP rates.

Phone overseas on our cheap rates without even a computer! Use our "Connect Card" system and you only need to dial into our London 'switch' with your account and password to access our cheap rates. (N.B. Only works in and from UK).

A useful application of this would be giving a visiting missionary a calling card to 'phone back to their field base for free, or to call your office from someone else's telephone.

Calling cards can also serve as a useful reminder of your account details.

Buy your missionaries/outpost workers their own telephone adapters. Calls to and from them will then be completely free . You will also be providing them with cheap communications in the field. Outpost accounts can either be topoped up by the central office or by the outposts themselves as part of their budgets.

Use VOIP as part of your support of other churches. Supply accounts and hardware to overseas churches or local aid workers etc. You can keep their accounts topped up from UK and allow them to communicate for free. Even if they don't have their own computer, they can use our accounts with USB handsets in internet cafes etc.
